Yes, as a web solutions company, we hold Cyber Essentials certification. Cyber Essentials helps us to guard against the most common cyber threats and demonstrates our commitment to cyber security. 

Each school has a unique changeable security code that needs to be used by parents to register. This means that only the teachers from your school are able to access your information.

To register a parent's account, you will need the unique school code which is provided by your child's school. Please ensure the details entered are accurate before pressing save.  If you duplicate a child or need help, then just use the little blue help icon on the page to talk to someone.

Open your learning dashboard, then select the "My Childen" You can then use the delete function to remove the additional child.

Currently, this is not possible, but we are working on it!
